The Batteries Behind the Stuff in Your Junk Drawer
The batteries you grew up with, and the ones running half the gadgets in your house right now. AAs and AAAs for the remote that finally died. Coin cells for the key fob that's been beeping at you for a week. The odd 6V pack for the Power Wheels Jeep that hasn't moved since last summer. If it's a small battery, chances are we've got it on the shelf.
Four places to start:
Key fob batteries. CR2032, CR2025, CR1632, and the rest of the coin-cell sizes. Bring the old one in if you're not sure which you need, or read the number off the side and we'll match it.
Personal electronics. Power banks for when your phone won't make it through the day, replacement batteries for older phones, and the little lithium cells inside earbuds, smartwatches, and Bluetooth gear.
Household batteries. The stuff you burn through faster than you'd think — smoke detectors that chirp at 3 a.m., remotes, kids' toys, flashlights in the kitchen drawer. AA, AAA, C, D, and 9V in alkaline and lithium.
Power Wheels batteries. 6V and 12V sealed-lead-acid packs for ride-on toys. If your kid's Jeep won't move and the charger's plugged in, the pack is most likely shot. We can test it and have a replacement ready, usually same day.
Not sure what you need? Pull the old battery out and bring it in, or snap a picture of the label and call ahead. We're in Willoughby, serving Mentor, Eastlake, Wickliffe, Painesville, and the rest of Lake County — 440-942-2555.
Bring the dead one. We'll handle the rest.
