On most modern laptops, the battery is inside the case you can't just pop it out and swap it yourself. That's where we come in. We source the right battery for your model and install it at our shop in Willoughby. Batteries only; for screen, keyboard, or other repair work, you'll want a general computer shop.

How it works:

If we have your battery in stock, we can usually get it done same-day. If we need to order it, expect a few days for the part to come in. Either way, once the battery is on hand, leave the laptop with us for about an hour or two while we do the install. We'll let you know when it's ready for pickup.

Scheduling:

Call ahead or walk in. If you call first, we can check whether your battery is in stock or needs to be ordered before you make the trip. Saves you a return visit if it has to come in.
