Your cart already carries thousands of watt-hours in its lithium battery, and on most days that energy goes to the drive motor alone. The Lithium Rhino Power Hub is a 1500W pure sine wave golf cart inverter that plugs into that pack and turns it into household power. Park at a tailgate, a campsite or a job and you've got five AC outlets, USB charging and 12V DC outputs, with no generator and no extension cord running back to the house.
Pure sine wave means the AC coming out of the outlets looks like what comes out of your wall at home. Laptops, TV sets, fans, and anything with a motor or a sensitive power supply run the way they should. Cheaper modified sine inverters can make some of those devices hum, run hot or refuse to work.
Two Versions: 48V to 120V Inverter or 72V
The Power Hub comes in two versions, and the only difference is the input voltage it accepts. Pick the one that matches your cart's battery system:
- LR1500PH-48 for 48V carts, including Lithium Rhino's 51.2V kits
- LR1500PH-72 for 72V carts, including Lithium Rhino's 76.8V kits
Output, outlets, size and weight are the same on both. A 48V unit won't run on a 72V pack, or the other way around, so confirm your cart's system voltage before you choose. It connects to the battery with an Anderson quick-connect lead. The Power Hub is built to pair with a Lithium Rhino pack. If your cart runs a different battery, call us before you buy and we'll talk through whether it makes sense.
What It Will and Won't Run
A coffee maker at the campsite, a TV at the tailgate, a box fan on a hot August afternoon at a lake lot near Madison, a set of power tools on a job with no outlet nearby: those are the loads this inverter handles. The 1500-watt ceiling is real, though. A space heater running on high for hours sits at the edge of that rating and drains a pack quickly.
Runtime depends on your battery, not the inverter. Every watt you pull comes out of the same pack that drives you home, so a bigger amp-hour battery runs your gear longer. Keep an eye on the state of charge in the Rhino app and leave enough in reserve for the ride back.
