If your Itatools iTA24 strapping tool is losing tension or dying halfway through a shift, the pack is worn out, not the tool. We rebuild the iTA24 strapping tool battery (part A000176) with stronger, longer lasting lithium cells, so you keep the housing and electronics you already have and get the run time back.

A battery rebuild replaces the cells inside your existing pack. You send us your old A000176 pack, we open it, install new matched lithium-polymer cells rated for the tool's current draw, test it under load, and send it back ready to work. The iTA24 pulls, tensions, and welds PET and PP strap around boxes, pallets, and bundles, and that steady, heavy draw is what wears cells down: you feel it as weak tension or a tool that shuts off mid-cycle. This service is for the Itatools iTA24 battery strapping tool pack, labeled A000176. We reuse your case and circuitry and replace what actually wears out: the cells.

Original packs shipped in both 2.0Ah and 2.2Ah; we rebuild to 2.2Ah (32.5Wh). Check the label on your pack, and if you're not sure it's an iTA24 pack, call us or send a photo of the label before you ship it — we'd rather confirm than guess.

How the Rebuild Works

• We replace the cells with fresh matched 14.8V lithium-polymer cells
• The rebuilt pack is load-tested before it goes back to you
• Your original housing and electronics stay — only the worn cells are replaced

Specifications

Warranty: 1-year. If a rebuilt pack fails in normal service inside a year, bring it back and we'll make it right.
