Warranty: One year, full replacement.
One thing to know: Circuit board testing happens after cells are replaced. If we find a defective board, we'll contact you before going further — you can proceed with a board repair or have the pack returned. Once we pull the cells, they're disposed of. We can't reverse the process, so just know that going in.
