A UPS prepaid return label will be shipped out for any orders placed online to the email address used to place the order to make returning your Sirona CEREC core as easy as possible. Once the pack is received back at our facility the rebuilding turnaround time is 1 to 3 days. Once its been rebuilt it will be shipped back to the address on file, shipping both ways is free!

We have a one-year full replacement warranty on the re-celled Sirona Battery.

What does Re-Celled mean?

Re-cell is the term for rebuilding a depleted Sirona battery pack using the original components. We remove the depleted batteries within the pack for recycling and replace them with a brand new higher capacity cell spot welded to original specifications

How does this work?

The process starts with a simple phone call or email contact with our team. We will then send you a prepaid UPS shipping label so you can send us your existing non-working battery for rebuilding. Once we receive your battery pack, we will rebuild it and have it back in your hands as soon as possible!

Will you repair my battery pack?

Yes! Our Bulldog Battery repair experts are master technicians, highly experienced and trained in the intricate process of rebuilding and repairing sealed lead acid battery packs. We use only the best quality tools and tech to ensure that each battery pack is carefully and accurately restored to its original state, with all necessary components replaced and functioning like new.

When do I get my battery back?

After the re-cell and repair, we will inspect your battery pack and charge it using an OEM charger so that the device is ready to use immediately! This entire process usually takes no more than one week from start to finish – meaning we guarantee you won't have to go without your device for too long!

Next, we check all wire leads and the motherboard for any imperfections. If any issues are found, we address them immediately before continuing with the rebuilding process.

Once everything has been checked and double-checked, our technicians adhere the battery pack to its original form using extra-strength adhesive. Finally, they charge it entirely using an OEM charger so that when it arrives at your doorstep, it's ready to use!
