Important Service Notice:
During our battery rebuild process, circuit board testing occurs after cell replacement. If we discover your circuit board is defective or non-functional, we will promptly contact you with two options:
- Send another battery pack for rebuilding service
- Receive a full refund of your rebuild fee
Please note: Due to our recycling protocols, original battery cells are properly disposed of before circuit board testing. As such, we cannot return the original cells if issues are discovered with the circuit board.
