A UPS prepaid return label will be shipped out for any orders placed online to the email address used to place the order to make returning your Lumadent ProLUX battery core as easy as possible. Once the pack is received back at our facility the rebuilding turnaround time is 1 to 3 days. Once its been rebuilt it will be shipped back to the address on file, shipping both ways is free!
